Fork mixer of 160 kg dough with lift able head and idle bowl. Work cycle can be manual or automatic, double timed speed, bowl rotation can be regulated by a braking system. Suited for quality, elastic and tenacious dough. The tool’s 45° inclination angle compared to bowl and 45/75 revs/minute speed mean the machine is suited for special dough mixtures like the French baguette. The tool conformation and its double rotation speed allow very quick kneading times, by keeping unchanged the performance of elasticity and toughness of the dough. The bowl is in polished stainless steel. Driven by a trapezoidal belt system and oil bath worm reduction unit. The machine conforms to applicable European Directives and is guaranteed 2 years.
