Balanced hot air flow input, through special ducts with recordable exhaust shutters, slow trolley rotation and steam spreading, give users homogeneous and regulated baking, product growth and flagrancy. Baking giving any product volume and softness. Low air circulation speed and a special heat exchanger system guarantee baking stability and reduced consumption.
This is in stainless steel with a modular system where all parts, reduced in size and easy to handle, are bolted. This system guarantees duration and a long life against structural expansion occurring during operations. Heat exchanger in heat resistant stainless steel AISI 310 and steel pipes in order to increase the surface of thermical exchange. The combustion of 4 turns increases the yield. The powerful steam generator is worked by a programmable timer system and supplies a suitable amount of steam for the most demanding needs even during continuous operations.
The oven can work with gas or diesel burners, as well as electric energy.
It is available in two versions: with mechanical or digital programmable panel. Power three-phase + neutral 230v or of 400v, with a frequency of 50 or 60 Hz. Special on request. The machine compiles with the European directives applicable. The guarantee is 2 years for all the parties, excluding those subject to normal wear and tear.
